Two Weeks Left

With only two weeks left in the NFL season, it’s a smackdown. I’ve picked every game this NFL season and posted a meager 145-79. Still, I’ll make this week’s picks public.

My no-brainers:  The Titans beat the Jags, Pats over Fins in a shootout, Pitt destroys the Rammies, the Cam-olina Panthers take down the Tampa Bay, Ravens over Browns, GB wins over Chitown, and the Saints ain’t got problems against the Falcons. Tebowmania resumes with a win over Buffalo.

I’m sure one or two of those could be wrong but you can’t argue any of those picks are bad. Now, the “I’m pretty sure” picks: Indy should beat the Texans with the way their playing. They beat a much better Titan team. You have to think T.J Yates will have ONE bad game. I fear John Skelton but I’ll take the Bungles at home. Kansas City’s impressive win isn’t enough for me. I’ll take Oakland on the road. Trusting Rex Grossman and the Skins is not something I’ve done this year, they beat the Vikings. And my Giants, a team once comparable to the Packers, will win against the Jets. I’m pretty sure.

The risky picks: San Diego gets hot at the right times. It may be too late this year but Detroit is that one team in the playoff picture I see faltering at years end. Philly on the road at Dallas? Why not! Give me Vick, Jackson, and crew over Romo. He throws a big pick attempting a comeback in the fourth. The Seattle Seahawks host the San Francisco 49ers. The Niner fans hate me; they’ll continue to do so. In Seattle there will be 12 men on the field, San Fran folds.

To quite my good friend Armon, “it’s all in the picks.”
